The avalanche transceiver training tool is used for the theoretical handling and understanding of the work and effect of an avalanche transceiver.
Using the field lines shown and the three possible coupling positions on the flag fabric, efficient theoretical training in the handling of an avalanche transceiver can be demonstrated in a simple and understandable way.
The transmitter can be set up in three different coupling positions and simulates the distance of the receiver in a ratio of 1:10.
The individual coupling position can be easily explained/shown and the necessary steps for practical training can be demonstrated.
The housing is not IP protected and not waterproof and therefore use inside buildings is recommended.
Care should be taken to ensure that the environment around the transmitter is not affected by metallic objects. The ferrite antenna and thus the radiation is affected by metallic objects. The training cannot be carried out properly with them. The same applies to mobile phones and other radiating devices.
The transmitter is switched on by inserting a suitable battery.
