Attachment to the stretcher using Twistlock carabiners.
The suspension on the carabiner is hung on the rope using a rigger plate.

The suspension can be converted from a horizontal to a vertical suspension without tools.
Simply unthread the two yellow ribbon loops from the OpenRing and use them for vertical lowering.
