New record attendance of more than 8,000 attendees at the 7th Alpine Fair in mid-November in Innsbruck.
The fair is the annual central alpine weekend in Austria. The meeting place for manufacturers, distributors and alpine institutions is unique. Latest products and trends of mountain sports are presented by the manufacturer. Institutions, such as the Tyrolean mountain rescue or the Christophorus Air Rescue inform about the latest standards. With keynote speeches and workshops alpine enthusiasts get free training from professionals. Climbing events and multi-vision lectures by mountaineers complete the program.
As in past years, we were again present at the Alpine fair this year and had the opportunity to exchange experiences with many mountain rescuers of Tyrol and the surrounding countries.
The product highlights this year included the new rescue triangle TYRAH, the new rope roller TYROLL, developed together with the Tyrolean mountain rescue, and last but not least the extensive rescue trailer with stretcher and Akja fixation.
The date for the fair and the Alpine Forum 2013 is already fixed:
09th - 10th November 2013 in Innsbruck.
