TYROMONT helicopter rescue bags impress Austrian Federal Minister Johanna Mikl-Leitner.
This year’s Alpine Fair, taking place in Innsbruck, achieved a new record attendance.
The big crowd of visitors was also shown on our TYROMONT booth. Many members from mountain rescue organizations from Austria, Germany and Italy were visiting our booth to get the latest information about our products.
On the first day, Austrian Federal Minister of the Interior, Mag. Johanna Mikl-Leitner was visiting our booth, getting information about our broad variety of helicopter rescue bags.
Besides our helicopter rescue bag assortment, the TYROMONT product highlights this year included the new types of mountain stretchers. Those stretchers are produced by our US cooperation partner Cascade Rescue and are made out of titanium; therefore the stretchers are robust and very light at the same time.
The fair is one of the most important exhibitions for the alpine world in Europe. The meeting place for manufacturers, distributors and alpine institutions is unique. Latest products and trends of mountain sports are presented by the manufacturer. Institutions, such as the Tyrolean mountain rescue or the ÖAMTC Air Rescue inform about the latest standards. With keynote speeches and workshops alpine enthusiasts get free training from professionals.
